Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. (some exclusions see below)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition.

Your item must be in original packaging & you must have receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, it will be inspected by our staff and you will be notified immediately of the status of the refund. Any item that indicates wear/tear, dirt, hair, or damaged packaging will be denied a refund/return. This is at the discretion of the staff member.

If refund is approved you will receive the credit back on original method of payment.

Exclusions from Returns/Refunds

Any item that is worn against the skin or in contact with the skin will be FINAL SALE and no returns/refunds will be considered for hygienic purposes.

Any foot care product will be FINAL SALE and no returns/refunds will be considered for hygienic purposes.

All compression stockings will be FINAL SALE and no returns/refunds will be considered for hygienic purposes.

All receipts will indicate the final sale policy and customers will be notified upon purchase.

Please ask our staff members if you would like a fitting before purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.
